This Isn’t Traditional Yoga

If you’ve tried yoga, therapy, breathwork, or self‑help and still feel tight, on edge, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode — there’s nothing wrong with you. Many people I work with are exhausted from trying so hard to heal. They’re doing all the “right” things, yet their body still feels unsafe, braced, or overwhelmed. That’s because most approaches unknowingly ask your nervous system to push, perform, or override itself even in healing spaces.

This work is different.

These sessions are designed for bodies that are tired of forcing change. We blend trauma‑informed yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, and nervous‑system education to help your body slow down, soften, and finally feel supported.

No pressure to fix yourself.

No expectation to push through discomfort.

No need to get it “right.”

Hello, I'm Jess

With years of experience supporting individuals and small groups, I guide people who feel burned out or disconnected back into calm, safety, and self-trust through nervous-system-informed movement and holistic care.

My journey began in the fitness and movement space, where I learned that true wellbeing isn’t built by pushing harder, it’s built by listening to the body. My own healing led me deeper into trauma-informed work, nervous system regulation, and holistic health, shaping the way I support others today.

Whether through gentle yoga classes, one-on-one coaching, or immersive retreats, my intention remains the same: to help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels sustainable, supportive, and real.
